Campus Services Clerk

This is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt position that reports to the Manager of Campus Services and is located on the JWCC campus in Quincy, Illinois. Position begins in January.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for receiving and processing both the incoming and the outgoing mail and receiving shipments and packages for the college. The clerk prepares packages for shipping along with the addressing and preparing mail for delivery. Duties include running bulk mailings, working with the Bookstore website to fulfill and ship orders, imputing merchandise, and setting up promotions on the Bookstore website.

QUALIFICATIONS

An associate degree and one year of related experience is preferred.
