Specialist, Fiscal Services

This is a full-time, 12-month, non-exempt position that reports to the Manager of Accounting Services and is located on the JWCC campus in Quincy, Illinois. Position will begin immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers and support to all areas of fiscal services. Responsibilities include posting cash receipts, updating prepay and utility spreadsheets, filing payroll and accounts payable documents, setting up new vendors, and collecting and updating W9 information.

QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma or equivalent, Associate degree preferred. Experience in cash handling, balancing cash drawer and customer service in an office setting recommended. Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work accurately with detailed and confidential material; ability to use a 10-key calculator.
